Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mistfragrance.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with images and your order number.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
